Autoclave

A widely-used method for heat sterilization is the autoclave, sometimes called a converter. Autoclaves commonly use steam heated to 121-134°C (250-273°F). To achieve sterility, a holding time of at least 15 minutes at 121°C (250°F) or 3 minutes at 134°C (273°F) is required. Additional sterilizing time is usually required for liquids and instruments packed in layers of cloth, as they may take longer to reach the required temperature (unnecessary in machines that grind the contents prior to sterilization)

Proper autoclave treatment will inactivate all fungi, bacteria, viruses and also bacterial spores, which can be quite resistant.

Dental instruments in sterilized packages are stored in U.V CHAMBER to maintain the sterilization, which are opened in front of the patient.

UV Multiple Sterilization

Exposure to ultra Violet Light makes the surgical instruments super clean. Ultra Violet cabinet is an Uniquely designed enclosure with properly stacked trays to ensure correct exposure to ultra violet light from the tube.

After we sterilize our instruments with the autoclave, we use the S-Zone UV sterilizer to sterilize them for 10 seconds as the dentist treats you. This way you can be assured all handpieces and scalers that we used are free of bacterial and contamination. Using disposable items is also another way our dentists maintain a clean and cross contamination free practice

Laser

The use of a laser helps in quick and precision treatment of many issues that it has revolutionized the Dental arena. The treatment is almost painless and guarantees long-lasting results. The Patient benefits from faster and better treatments.

Laser assisted treatments are non-invasive and painless. The use of anaesthetic becomes much lesser. It helps in faster and more effective treatment. Laser has a haemostatic effect, which means, it allows the blood to clot up faster, thus leading to lesser bleeding, which in turn means a clearer operating field. Healthy tissue is conserved because of clean and sharp treatment by the laser. Moreover disturbing noise and vibration are not there while treatments happen.
